Ohhh, here's a beauty for you....And as many of you know, Bry's inspiration for kits comes from songs and videos she watches on You Tube. (Really, can she be any more adorable!!) This is her last kit associated with Shabbey Pickle, but I'll keep you posted as to where our little lady is going, but can't tell you now....a bit of secret.

Anyhoooo, the inspiration for this kit is the song, "She's Like the Wind", and I think it was featured in the movie 'Dirty Dancing'. The colors in this kit compliment each other beautifully, and I don't know how she colorizes, but I LOVE it!!! Her pinks/reds have a beautiful rich, bluish hue and using the robust brown, yellow and magenta elements against the papers makes any layout pop!! She also has some very bright and cheery yellow papers. This kit contains 68 elements and 9 papers! A Beautiful Story!!

This is one of those stories that'll leave you with a big smile, and it involves one of our digiscrap girls. Many of you know the digiartist, Goldi. Her digiscrap skills are amazing. Goldi (Chris) from Germany is also an avid animal enthusiast. We met through DST, and I adore her. We share a unique bond - we are both devoted to our rescued animals and they are our 'furmily'.

A few weeks ago, her six dogs happened upon a very sick goose. They were very gentle with the goose and alerted Chris. When Chris saw the poor condition of the goose, she picked him up and brought him on their boat. (Chris lives on a boat as part of her and husband's job, and they boat up and down the European coast.) Anywho, she cared for the goose, named him Hans Heidwig, nursed him around the clock and brought him back from certain death. She has also fallen in love with Hans and he with them :)

Despite the hardship of living on the ship during the week, Chris consistently brings her furmily out to run and play. Here are some pics of her dogs with their new family member. Will you look at that family!! So wonderful!

How fun is this!! A digipal, Mini Renne, invited me to play a game. The object is to find the 'sixth' layout you created, post it on your blog and invite five of your pals to do the same. Leave a comment for your pal who invited you to play and leave comments on your five chosen pals' blogs.

Sooooooooooooo, here it is...and STOP laughing!! lol!! I really, really loved this!! It's dated December 8, 2008, and the theme was to create a scrap highlighting our favorite Christmas song. All four of my wonderful pups are around the tree :) It's just soooooooooooooo tacky :) lol!!

Ahhh, what can I say. I'm JEALOUS, that's what I'll say!! Why? Because my digiscrap pal extrordinaire from the Forums, 'Goldi' from Germany, gets all of her pups to sit for pictures!!! lol! Will you look at this! I just had to post this! Everytime I look at these pictures, I smile inside and out! Kisses to all of these very lucky, rescued pups :) And kisses to you too, Goldi!! It is sooooooooo wonderful to know you!!!
